Revaluation of Town by Assessor in Progress - Notice of Revaluation & WI Trespass Law

The Town of Lakeland is required to undergo revaluation in 2025 to restore the acceptable range of assessed value to market value for all taxable property within the Town. This means that the Town Assessor and staff of Associated Appraisal Consultants, Inc. will be visiting each property to conduct, at minimum, an exterior view. Property owners are encouraged to refer to the letter sent by the Assessor detailing this process.
